Draeger Safety UK announces record growth of its Service division

2025 marked the strongest-ever performance for the safety manufacturer’s Service division, which achieved a significant increase in turnover and a 99% renewal rate for existing service contracts.


 Draeger Safety UK, part of The Dräger Group, an international leader in the fields of medical and safety technology, has announced its most successful year on record for its UK service division, Dräger Safety Service, with revenue rising by a ‘double digit percentage figure’ in 2025.
 
The milestone demonstrates sustained momentum for the 137-year-old family-owned business, which employs 597 people in the UK and Ireland, having had a presence in the UK market for over 60 years.
 
Dräger Safety Services provides comprehensive lifecycle support for safety-critical equipment, including maintenance, testing, calibration, and both preventive and reactive repairs. Its Service offering is delivered through its 100+ strong team of specialist engineers who cover the UK and Ireland.

Dräger’s portfolio includes gas detection devices, respiratory protection solutions, self-contained breathing apparatus, and drug and alcohol testing equipment.

Alongside its core manufacturing business, Dräger offers a wide range of other related services, including a UK-wide safety equipment rental operation and over 500 safety training courses from its three regional training centres. These courses cover topics ranging from confined space entry to the safe operation of gas detection devices and drug and alcohol testing equipment.
