SafeContractor Partners with Pareto FM to Strengthen Supply Chain Assurance

SafeContractor, the UK’s largest SSIP-registered and UKAS-accredited provider of supply chain risk management, has announced a new partnership with Pareto FM to strengthen visibility, consistency and oversight of compliance across Pareto FM’s contractor and supplier network.

Pareto FM, one of the UK’s leading facilities management companies, works with an extensive supply chain of 1,500 contractors to deliver safe, reliable and high-quality services for its clients, providing facilities management, engineering, compliance and workplace solutions.

Through its partnership with SafeContractor, Pareto will introduce a consistent, risk-based framework for assessing and monitoring contractor compliance, supported by clearer data and management insight. SafeContractor will also work closely with Pareto to engage its contractor network and support businesses through the approval process.

Using the SafeContractor platform will give Pareto a clearer view of compliance across its supply chain, helping teams monitor contractor progress, identify areas requiring attention and make more informed, risk-based decisions.

The partnership also supports the commitments set out in Pareto FM’s health and safety policies and Supplier Code of Conduct, giving the business a structured way to turn those standards into day-to-day contractor assurance.

Commenting on the partnership, Anthony Hanley, SVP Strategic Growth at SafeContractor, said: "Effective contractor assurance doesn’t stop at the point of approval. Requirements, documentation and risks can change over time, so ongoing visibility across the supply chain is crucial to maintaining standards and demonstrating due diligence.

"Pareto has a clear and progressive vision for supply-chain assurance. From our earliest conversations, it was evident that the team sees contractor management as much more than a compliance exercise – it's an important part of how Pareto protects its people, supports its clients and maintains high standards across its operations.

“We look forward to helping Pareto build greater visibility, consistency and confidence across its contractor network."

Tim Bicknell, Group HSEQ Manager at Pareto FM, said: "At Pareto FM, our contractors and suppliers play an essential role in the services we deliver. It is important that we have the right visibility and controls in place to ensure the high standards we expect are understood and maintained throughout our supply chain.

"Partnering with SafeContractor gives us a robust and consistent framework for managing contractor assurance and is an important step in the continued development of our supply-chain governance, giving us a more structured way to support our contractors while maintaining visibility of compliance across the network."
